CADET COLLEGE CHOA SAIDEN SHAH CHAKWAL

ADMISSION IN CLASS 8™ 5’h Entry 2015

ELIGIBILITY:

a. Age: 12 to 14 years on 1st April, 2015.

b. Candidates who have passed Class VII or studying in Class VIII.

c. Candidates studying in class VII must attach “Hope Certificate”.

WRITTEN TEST AND SYLLABUS:

a. Written Test will be conducted on Sunday, December 28, 2014.

b. The written test will be conducted from Class 7th standard comprising of the subjects (English, Mathematics, Urdu & General Science according to the Punjab Text Book Board syllabus.

c. Written test from Islamiyat & Pak Studies will be held at the time of interview. VENUE:

Written Entry Test will be held at the following places only:

1. Examination Centers Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, 49-A, Lawrence Road, Lahore.

2. Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah Chakwal INTERVIEW AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION:

Interview & Medical will be held only for those candidates who will qualify written test. COLLEGE PROSPECTUS:

College Prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs. 1200/- by TCS/Courier through Demand Draft payable at NBP (Choa Saiden Shah Br. Code: 0556) in favour of the Principal Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah Chakwal

and Rs. 1000/- by hand from the following places:

a. National Bank of Pakistan Choa Saiden Shah, NBP Main Branch Chakwal & Talagang.

b. College office during working hours.

c. College Prospectus will be available from Monday, September 15,2014.

d. College Prospectus & Application Form can also be download from college website www.cccss.edu.pk. NOTE:

a. Attach Demand Draft of Rs. 2000/- with downloaded Application form as Prospectus & Processing Fee.

b. Last date for submission of application forms is Saturday, December 20, 2014.

c. Selected candidates will be informed through call letters in the month of January & February 2015.

d. Classes will commence in the mid of April, 2015.
